Thank you for participating in and supporting the Infinity Cats project. Before holding an Infinity Cats NFT, please carefully read the following terms and statements. By holding, using, or trading Infinity Cats NFTs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

## Part 1: Terms

<mark style="color:red;">\[1] NFT Ownership</mark>

* the holder obtains ownership of the NFT itself, including the right to hold, dispose of, or transfer the NFT.
* Ownership does not include any intellectual property rights, artwork, brand, or trademarks related to the NFT.

<mark style="color:red;">\[2] Intellectual Property</mark>

* The copyright and intellectual property rights of the Infinity Cats brand, trademarks, designs, and all artwork contained within the NFTs are owned by the Infinity Cats team or its licensors.
* The holder may not use, modify, copy, distribute, or otherwise develop artwork or brand identifiers related to Infinity Cats in any manner.

<mark style="color:red;">\[3] Restricted Use The holder may not, under any circumstances:</mark>

(1) Use NFT artwork or branding for commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandising, marketing, or advertising.

(2) Use related content in a way that implies a direct association, authorization, or collaboration with the Infinity Cats team.

(3) Modify, recreate, or maliciously misuse the NFT artwork or related branding.

<mark style="color:red;">\[4] NFT Transfer</mark>

(1) The project does not provide any official secondary market for NFT trading, nor does it encourage the buying, selling, speculation, or price manipulation of NFTs.Should users independently choose to trade NFTs on third-party platforms, they do so at their own risk. The project does not participate in, direct, or interfere with any such activities. (2) All transfers must comply with relevant laws and regulations, and the holder is responsible for any legal liabilities.

<mark style="color:red;">\[5] License Termination</mark>

If the holder violates these terms or engages in actions that infringe upon Infinity Cats' intellectual property, the project team has the right to unilaterally terminate the holder's rights to the NFT, including but not limited to restricting its trade, display, or other uses.

## Part 2: Statements

<mark style="color:red;">\[1] Intellectual Property Reservation</mark>

* The Infinity Cats team retains all rights to the artwork, brand, trademarks, and other intellectual properties related to the NFTs. Purchasing or holding an NFT does not grant the holder any ownership or licensing rights to the aforementioned content.
* All rights not explicitly granted are retained by the project team.

<mark style="color:red;">\[2] Risk Disclaimer</mark>

* Market Risk: NFTs are high-risk digital assets, and their market value may fluctuate significantly. Infinity Cats is not responsible for any changes in the value of the NFT or any investment losses by the holder.
* Technical Risk: Although we strive to ensure the security of the technology, smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain attacks, or other technical risks may result in the loss of NFTs or limitations on their functionality.
* Forward-Looking Statements and Non-Commitment Disclaimer: The project descriptions, whitepaper, technical solutions, operational plans, roadmap, and future development directions are forward-looking statements based on current understanding and assumptions, and are provided for reference only. They do not constitute any commitment, guarantee, or assurance regarding the outcomes, progress, or success of the project.
* Operational and Development Risks: The advancement of the project may be affected by multiple uncertainties, including but not limited to changes in market conditions, technical implementation challenges, regulatory or policy adjustments, and the team’s operational capabilities. As a result, the project may face risks such as failure to proceed as planned, modification of its proposed approach, or suspension or termination of operations.

<mark style="color:red;">\[3] Legal Compliance</mark>

* The holder must ensure that the purchase, holding, and transfer of NFTs comply with the laws and regulations of their respective countries or regions.
* Infinity Cats is not responsible for any legal issues or economic losses caused by the holder's violation of local regulations.

<mark style="color:red;">\[4] Nature of the NFT</mark>

The NFT issued under this project is expressly categorized as:

* a form of digital artwork;
* a digital collectible;
* a non-profit commemorative token;
* a community identity credential.

The NFT does not constitute, and shall not be interpreted as:

* virtual currency or any form of payment token;
* an investment product;
* a security or security-like instrument;
* a financial instrument or financial product;
* a certificate of profit or income;
* any form of token rights or token-based entitlement.

project is non-profit in nature.&#x20;

The purpose of issuing NFTs is solely for:

* charitable purposes,
* community participation,
* cultural expression,
* creative display.

The project does not provide nor promise:

* any expectation of appreciation,
* investment returns,
* dividends,
* profits,
* or any rights or benefits similar to those of a security.

This project does not constitute any form of fundraising, initial coin offering (ICO), or token issuance, nor does it solicit funds from users.

* Infinity Cats is not responsible for any technical issues, transaction disputes, or other actions that may occur on third-party platforms (such as NFT markets, wallet applications).
* Infinity Cats is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the holder as a result of using NFTs or related services.

## Part 3: Additional Clauses

The Infinity Cats team reserves the right to update these terms and statements as necessary, and all modifications will be published through official channels. Holders should regularly check for updates.

These terms are exclusively governed by the applicable laws and regulations in force in Australia.
